Product details:
Xylanase can be divided into two kinds: Trichoderma Reesei fermentation and Pichia pastoris fermentation. Xylanase of Trichoderma reesei fermentation is an acidic and synergistic compound enzyme, who contains other enzymes like: (5-glucanase, cellulase, pectinase, mannanase, etc. The fermentation performance of xylanase makes it effective in the process of degradation of feed raw material anti-nutrition factor. The Xylanase of Pichia pastoris fermentation is a neutral and high activity single xylanase.
Enzyme Activity Definition:
The amount of enzyme required to degrade and release 1 μmol reducing sugar per minute from a 5 mg/ml xylan solution at 37°C, pH 5.5 is a unit of enzyme activity (GB/T23874-2009).
