Product details:

Pectinase of Aspergillus niger fermentation is an acidic compound enzyme. It can cooperate with other non-amylase to degrade the anti-nutrition factor in the feed, thus effectively prompting the digestion utilization of the nutrients and then improving the production performance of livestock and poultry.


Enzyme Activity Definition:

1 g solid enzyme powder, under the condition for temperature 50 °C and pH 3.5, the amount of enzyme required in 1 hour hydrolysis of pectin to produce 1 mg galacturonic acid is an enzyme activity unit.


Functions:

  1. Degrade pectin: Effective hydrolysis of pectin in feed raw materials, break the cell wall of the plant and release the nutrients.
  2. Stable formula quality: Reduce the difference of different batches of raw materials and stabilize the quality of feed formula.
  3. Depress the cost: Degrade the anti-nutrition factor, enlarge the source of feed raw material, and reduce the feed cost.
