Product details:
Cellulase is an acidic and synergistic compound enzyme produced by liquid fermentation of Trichoderma reesei. It can degrade cellulose into short fiber, cellulase disaccharide, glucose and other substances. The enzyme has strong activity stability after a special post-treatment process, which can cooperate with other non-amylase systems to break the cell wall and release the nutrients wrapped in it, thus effectively promoting the digestion and absorption of nutrients and then improving the production performance of animals.
Enzyme Activity Definition:
The amount of enzyme required to degrade and release 1 μmol reducing sugar from sodium carboxymethyl Cellulase solution with a concentration of 4 mg/ml per minute at 37 °C , pH 5.5 is a unit of enzyme activity (GB/T23874-2009).
