Product details:
Phytase is an enzyme specially designed to degrade phytic acid. High Temperature Resistance Phytase is produced by liquid fermentation of Pichia pastoris using advanced genetic engineering technology. It can withstand high temperature and high pressure feed processing conditions above 85 °C without coating, and can play a rapid role in the gastrointestinal tract of animals.
Enzyme Activity Definition:
The amount of enzyme required to degrade and release 1 μmol of inorganic phosphorus from a sodium phytate solution with a concentration of 5.0 mmol/l per minute at 37 °C, pH = 5.5, is a unit of phytase activity (detection method: GB/T18634-2009).
Functions:
1. Effectively improve the utilization rate of phosphorus, reduce environmental pollution.
2. Improve the utilization rate of protein, amino acid, energy and minerals.
3. Improve the production performance of livestock and poultry.
4. Effectively reduce the feed cost, save the formulation space, optimize formula design.
