Product details:
Protease is a kind of endogenous feed enzyme specially designed for gastrointestinal digestive system of livestock and poultry. It is produced by advanced strain fermentation technology and advanced deep entrapment and post-treatment process and can be divided into Acid protease (A-protease) and Neutral protease (N-protease). ELGZYME A-protease is produced by liquid fermentation of Trichoderma reesei strains. ELGZYME N-protease is produced by deep liquid fermentation and advanced deep embedding post-treatment technology using Bacillus subtilis strain.
Enzyme Activity Definition:
Neutral protease: the amount of enzyme required as 1 g solid enzyme powder produced l μg tyrosine by hydrolysate for 1 min at 40 °C, pH 3.0 (A-protease) or 7.5 (N-protease), which is a unit of enzyme activity (GB/T23527-2009).
