Product details:
β-glucanase is a kind of enzyme produced by liquid fermentation of Trichoderma reesei. The enzyme is a kind of complex enzyme system which can degrade β-glucan to oligosaccharide, small molecule monosaccharide.
Enzyme Activity Definition:
The amount of enzyme required to degrade and release 1 μmol reducing sugar per minute from a 4mg/ml β-glucan solution at 37 °C, pH 5.5 is a unit of enzyme activity.
Functions:
1 Degrade insoluble β-glucan: acting on insoluble β-glucan, breaking plant cell wall with other non-starch polysaccharide enzymes, releasing nutrients and increasing nutrient utilization.
2 Degrade soluble β-glucan: acting on soluble β-glucan, it can effectively reduce the viscosity of gastrointestinal chyme and promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients.
3 Stable formula quality: reduce the difference of different batches of raw materials and stabilize the quality of feed formula.
4 Improve the health of the gastrointestinal tract: degradation of oligosaccharides can regulate the intestinal microflora, improve animal immunity.
5 Depress the cost: Degrade the anti-nutrition factor, enlarge the source of feed raw material, and reduce the feed cost.
